How long does delivery take?

Ontario & Québec: 1–3 business days. Western & Atlantic Canada: 2–7 business days. Northern and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times do not include processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $75 CAD ship free across Canada.

Which carriers do you use?

Shipments may be sent via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or LTL depending on warehouse location and destination.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened items in original packaging. Some items such as earbuds, opened screen protectors, cleaning solutions, software, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products are sourced from authorized Canadian distributors including Xcel Source Corp.
